BLURB: The Rubbish Virgin Series are based on the rich and heavily decorated visuals of South American catholic imagery. The work continues to experiment with the Japanese aesthetic concept of the e’ untrammeled spirit’ with uneven edges and rough surfaces. The material is mostly found and interwoven with drawings.
